Amending License to Modify Right Embankment of the Priest Rapids Dam
DOE’s Richland Operations Office adopted FERC’s EA, “Amending License to Modify Right Embankment of the Priest Rapids Dam” as DOE/EA-2158 and issued a DOE FONSI “Use of Midway Substation Road on the Hanford Site, Washington, by Grant County Public Utility District for its Priest Rapids Hydroelectric Project.” DOE’s FONSI incorporates mitigation measures related to the road from FERC’s EA and Order.
