East Fork Irrigation District Modernization Project; Hood River County, Oregon

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) prepared a Watershed Plan-Environmental Assessment by for the East Fork Irrigation District Modernization Project with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) as a cooperating agency. BPA issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) in November 2020 that adopted, as DOE/EA-2118, the final EA issued by NRCS in August 2020.  BPA’s Mitigation Action Plan is attached to the FONSI.
