The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is proposing to grade existing access roads within the current legal Right-of-Way for the Peacock to Prescott Transmission line to provide access to attach a pre-fabricated nesting platform to an existing steel lattice structure and relocate a Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) nest to said platform.
