Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville Project; Jacksonville, Florida

On March 18, 2020, DOE announced that the issuance (on October 3, 2019) of Order No. 4445 under section 3(a) of the Natural Gas Act. The order authorizes Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville LLC to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas to any country with which the United States has not entered into a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas, and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy (non-FTA countries).

The Order appendix beginning on page 70 is DOE’s record of decision (ROD) under NEPA.
