The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to University of Utah to develop an integrated electron-beam (e-beam) probe that can quantitatively measure the grain bulk, grain boundary, and surface properties of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) under environmental stressors (e.g., light, heat). The project would be completed in a single budget period.
