CX-020954: Remove HB-Line Room 602A Dissolver (DIM) Process Refrigeration System (10-Ton Chiller) and Associated Components

"The modification is being implemented to support the ""Layup"" plan to safely isolate or remove Structures, Systems, and Components (SSCs) no longer required for continued HB-Line operation and will minimize cost associated with preventive maintenance and rounds for the Dissolver (DIM) Process Refrigeration System (10-Ton Chiller). The affected 10-Ton Chiller SSCs includes compressor, water cooled condenser, Freon-12 piping, electrical connections, conduits, Instruments and controls. Revision 1 changes the completion date for the activity and revises answers to screening and permitting questions based on comments from the Site NEPA Coordinator. Received confirmation the refrigerant was evacuated in August 2016 by certified personnel."
