CX-020935: Oil Spill Response Organization BOA

Multiple OSROs will be chosen to provide supplemental emergency response support to assure resource availability for SPR oil spill events. The requirement for these services will vary depending on the circumstance and may range from the lead on small (non-crude oil) hazardous substance spill to participation in a multiple organization unified command structure responding to a spill of national significance. SPR OSROs will also be contracted to participate in PREP Exercises, and to provide technical expertise in the planning process.
