CX-020819: Annual Pest Control Contract - Bayou Choctaw

The subcontractor shall supply all labor, materials, pesticides, transportation and supervision necessary to perform bimonthly industrial pest control services at the Bayou Choctaw Strategic Petroleum Reserve facility. All pesticides utilized on the BC site must be on the approved Qualified Products List. SDS and product labels for all chemicals to be utilized must be provided prior to use. No chemicals will be mixed or stored on this site by subcontractor personnel. Chemicals will be premixed prior to arrival on site and the subcontractor will remove left-over chemicals upon completion of work day.
