The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to novate an existing award with Arizona State University (ASU) to Colorado School of Mines. DOE completed a NEPA review and determination for the original award to ASU (GFO-008166-001, signed on 08/17/2017). The proposed project scope has not changed since the original review, however work will now be completed at ASU and Colorado School of Mines.
