Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow PacifiCorp to install one UHX whip antenna on BPA’s Kennewick radio tower. The new 10-foot-tall antenna would be installed at the 20-foot level on the 80-foot-tall lattice tower. Additionally, PacifiCorp would replace indoor radio equipment, within the BPA equipment building at the site.
