CX-020542: Creswell Oaks Property Acquisition and Stewardship Funding

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to fund Center for Natural Lands Management (CNLM) to purchase Creswell Oaks, a 1,619 acre parcel of land located 3 miles from Creswell in Lane County, Oregon. After the purchase,
CNLM would hold a conservation easement, which BPA would have third party rights of enforcement, to permanently protect, mitigate and enhance fish and wildlife and their habitat. BPA would also provide stewardship funds toward maintenance of the property to CNLM.
