CX-020530: 235-F Cold and Dark Project

Isolate electrical power, generator power and utilities (steam, water, air) to Building 235-F, 235-1F, 235-2F, 607-3F and Cooling Tower 285-11F. Ventilation inside the 235-F building will require damper adjustments as the supply and exhaust fans will be shut down. Some of the systems going away as a result of 235-F being cold and dark will result in changes to the 292-2F building such as adding a small instrument air compressor for the E5 fan dampers/controls and electric heating for 292-2F motor control centers and fan house.
