CX-020312: Advanced Test Reactor Complex Security Building

The purpose of the proposed action is to construct and operate a new 11,360 ft2, single-story Security Support Building at the Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) Complex southwest of the TRA-1608 office building. The new Security Support Building will include a weight room, sleeping quarters, men's and women's locker rooms, office spaces, a kitchen area, classroom and meeting areas, storage rooms and utility rooms. Utilities will include a potable water line, fire water line, a sewage line and power and communication lines and will connect to the new ATR utility corridor. Sanitary sewer connects to the existing system. Figure 1 depicts the proposed location.
