CX-020272: Western Sector Treatment System Transition from Active Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) to Passive SVE Including Well Abandonments

Ten soil vapor extraction wells (SVE) wells will be disconnected from the Western Sector Treatment System (WSTS) active SVE system and reconfigured as MicroBlowers. Above ground piping connecting the wells to the headers will be removed and disposed of properly. The MicroBlowers, associated piping, and instrumentation will be installed at each well. Power will be supplied to each MicroBlower from solar panels and batteries. The transition from active SVE to passive SVE is described in the attached Field Change Request (FCR) (see M-FCR-M-00143.pdf).  Seven SVE wells will be abandoned in place.
