The activity includes designing, installing, and operating a new remediation well, similar to the existing remediation well RWM-18, that pumps groundwater to the M-1 Air Stripper (M-Area) for treatment. Design of RWM-19 began in October 2018. Well installation occurred in December 2018. Tree clearing and overhead electrical installation is expected to begin in May 2019. Operation is expected to start in 2020. The appropriate site and regulatory approvals will be obtained prior to installation and operation.
