Services of a Texas licensed and certified Herbicide / Sterilant Application Vendor to provide all chemicals, transportation, equipment, tools, vessels, pumps, hoses, sprayers, marker dye, labor and supervision to successfully eliminate all vegetation from the listed locations through-out the calendar year. The full season program will consist of three complete base applications and touch-up applications as deemed necessary by the site Subject Matter Expert. The base applications will occur within the following periods: April-May; June-August and September-December. The vendor shall use a Hi-Light indicator within the chemical compounds that are applied to identify treated areas. All chemicals will bind where they are applied to limit chemical run-off.
