Columbian White-tailed Deer Translocation Project; Columbia County, Oregon
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) prepared a final EA (DOE/EA-2088) for a proposal to fund U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to translocate up to 50 Columbian white-tailed deer from an island in the Columbia River to Columbia County, Oregon. Based on the final EA, BPA issued a finding of no significant impact and has made a decision to proceed with the project.
