Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region, proposes to install approximately 4.5 miles of optical ground wire (OPGW), and perform routine maintenance on the access road associated with the Upper Molina-Lower Molina (UMW-LMW) 115-kV Transmission Line. The project is located in Mesa County, Colorado and is part of WAPA’s ongoing program to update and improve its communication systems.
