CX-019978: Obtain Soil Sample from Underneath the 715-2G Fuel Station (UST-715H) Catch Bucket/Sample at Location Directed by SCDHE

Excavate to obtain a soil sample from underneath the catch bucket at 715-2G Fueling Station, so the analytical results can be made available to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC). Further sampling is now required per SCDHEC instructions.
