May 16, 2019The National Air Duct Cleaning Association ( NADCA ) contractor shall provide all material, tools, consumables, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and services required to access, inspect / evaluate, clean, treat and seal leaks in the HVAC duct work, registers, diffusers, intakes, VAV boxes and air handling units in the buildings located at the crude oil storage site. The contractor shall also inspect, repair if necessary and clean the HVAC systems of the listed buildings in accordance with the general NADCA specifications for commercial systems. The contractor shall have a certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) on-site during all phases of the process.
