The contractor shall furnish all equipment and software required to perform the work regarding the upgrade of the remote terminal units (RTUs) on the remote pipeline valve stations controlled from the Big Hill and West Hackberry SPR sites. The vendor shall supply a new Allen-Bradley Micrologix programmable controller and associated cabling to replace the currently-installed Arcom or Elecsys RTU hardware at each of the 18 remote valve stations and in the control rooms at BH and WH.
