DOE proposes to convey the infrastructure, land, and facilities on an ~ 80 acre parcel of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS) real property that is referred to as Parcel 1. The conveyance would be to the Southern Ohio Diversification Initiative (SODI) for the lease/license term for economic development purposes.
