CX-019708: Degas Plant Decommissioning

Subcontractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and services required to perform the work in connection with the Degas Plant Decommissioning. The plant consists of numerous modular equipment skids, pressure vessels, buildings, associated structures, and mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components. The majority of these plant components are installed on concrete slabs and foundations. The plant was designed to be dismantled for relocation to other Strategic Petroleum Reserve sites and to be transportable over roads and highways. This task is to demolish the plant from the West Hackberry site and includes cleaning and preparation for transportation offsite. No explosives shall be used in this work.
