The proposed action is to use a small-scale mobile concrete batch plant machinery and equipment located adjacent to the Waste Isolated Pilot Plant Land Withdrawal Area. The purpose of the mobile concrete batch plant is to supply engineered concrete mix for proposed Waste Isolated Pilot Plant project(s) to meet the design specifications, codes and standards for structural concrete, hot weathering concreting and cold weather concreting.
