CX-019634: Kearney Road Culvert Replacement

The proposed action will replace a failed culvert that crosses the Argonne National Laboratory fence line, east of Kearney Road. The 30" diameter culvert will be replaced in its entirety; metal flared ends will be added on the outlet side, and a concrete headwall on the inlet side. Rip-rap will be added in the downstream portion of the culvert. Miscellaneous grading and surface repairs will be executed. This work will occur both on the Argonne National Laboratory site and in the DuPage Co. Forest Preserve, near a wetland.
