CX-019574: Construction of Concrete Storage Pad with Soft Enclosure in K-Area

Provide a facility/structure to store and load Criticality Container Overpack drums into TRUPAC II shipping containers. Facility to be a soft enclosed structure located between the two K-Area security boundaries. Loading operation and equipment will mimic what is already established in E-Area (Pad 3). Minimum loading area will be 110 feet. Storage space should allow for a minimum of 700 drums palletized 4 to a pallet and stacked 3 high with 3-foot spacing between rows.
