A breakroom for employees is needed at the Specific Manufacturing Capability. The proposed action purchases and installs a triple-wide modular trailer near TAN-629 within the Specific Manufacturing Capability perimeter fence. The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning will be pre-installed on the modular structure. The facility is anticipated to be permanent, but a foundation is not needed. Installation requires ground leveling and the trailer to be leveled, blocked, and anchored. Project scope includes installation of prefabricated stairs, handrails, and skirting. The trailer will connect to facility utilities, including power, water (potable and firewater), sewer, and fiber optic cable.
