CX-019288: Casper - Glendo North 115-kilovolt and Dave Johnston - Goshen 230-kilovolt Transmission Lines Fiber Optic Ground Wire Sharing with PacifiCorp

Western Area Power Administration proposes to install new fiber optic ground wire linking the Casper - Glendo North 115-kilovolt Transmission Line, the Dave Johnston - Goshen 230-kilovolt Transmission Line, and the Bixby Substation (a PacifiCorp facility), as part of a fiber sharing agreement between Western Area Power Administration and PacifiCorp.
