CX-019260: Continued Libby Dam Power Marketing Services and Activities Consistent With Its Biological Opinion and Term Extension

Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville) proposes to continue marketing the power generated from the operation of the Libby Dam on the Kootenai River in Lincoln County, Montana consistent with the continued implementation of the 2006 Libby Dam biological opinion, “The Effects of Libby Dam Operations on the Kootenai River White Sturgeon, Bull Trout, and Kootenai Sturgeon Critical Habitat”, and the subsequent 2008 clarified Reasonable and Prudent Alternative, and the 2018 term extension.
