CX-019113: LS Networks Ross Franklin Fiber Optic Vault and Cable Installation

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow LS Networks to install an underground 7 foot x 7 foot utility vault approximately 10 feet from an existing Bonneville Power Administration vault near the McNary-Ross No. 1 transmission line structure 116/3 in Klickitat County, Washington. LS Networks would install underground conduit from the Bonneville Power Administration vault to the new LS Network customer vault, and continue trenching approximately 385 feet of underground conduit to an existing Klickitat Public Utility District pole south of the Bonneville Power Administration right-of-way to connect to the LS Networks fiber optic network.
