CX-019111: Umatilla Electric Cooperative Temporary Line Connection

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow the Umatilla Electric Cooperative to install temporary 115-kilovolt tie lines to accommodate Bonneville Power Administration construction and temporary electrical outage at McNary Substation. Umatilla Electric Cooperative would drive a short distance onto Bonneville Power Administration property south of McNary Substation to connect line from two existing Umatilla Electric Cooperative pole towers located on Bonneville Power Administration fee-owned land with Umatilla Electric Cooperative pole towers constructed on adjacent privately-owned land. Umatilla Electric Cooperative would run about 75 feet of transmission line from one existing Umatilla Electric Cooperative pole on Bonneville Power Administration fee property to an existing Umatilla Electric Cooperative pole on private land.
