Rising lake levels caused structure 15/8 of the Summit to Bristol 115 kilovolt line to become unstable and pose a hazard to system reliability and public safety.  Western Area Power Administration proposes to repair the structure and must construct roughly 650 feet of new access road in order to access the structure. Western Area Power Administration received all appropriate permits from the United States Army Corps of Engineers and South Dakota.  In-water work will proceed in accordance with all permit conditions.  No other environmental resources of concern.
