Contract DE-EM0001529 between the United States Department of Energy and CH2M HILL BWXT West Valley, Limited Liability Company, requires demolition, removal and placement of geomembrane cover in the location of the Liquid Pretreatment Building on the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Licensed Disposal Area and the reinforcement (or armoring) of the north slope of the Licensed Disposal Area.
