Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Shoshone Bannock Tribes of Idaho proposes to conduct energy efficient building retrofits on three public buildings (Tribal Business Center, Human Resource Development Center, and Timbee Hall Recreation Center). Retrofits proposed include replacing/upgrading control valves, in-core monitoring devices, facility air filtration systems; lowering programmable thermostat settings; placing timers on hot water heaters; installing solar water heating systems; installing efficient lighting; improving generator efficiency and appliance efficiency ratings; lighting retrofits; improving insulation and cut work; replacing doors, windows, and vestibules with energy efficient doors and windows; replacing HVAC systems with similar equipment; weather-stripping/caulking; replacing appliances with energy-saving appliances; upgrading high-efficiency showers/faucets.
