The Umatilla Coho program is a supplementation and harvest augmentation program. Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to slightly increase its funding of the program to facilitate the transition to a local broodstock by holding adult coho captured at the Three Mile Dam Adult Holding Facility and assisting with spawning of these fish."
