EA-1980: Finding of No Significant Impact and Mitigation Action Plan

Spar Canyon-Round Valley Access Road System Improvements, Custer County, Idaho

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has determined that the proposed action is not a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement will not be prepared and BPA issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed action.

In addition, BPA prepared a mitigation action plan (MAP) that lists all the mitigation measures that BPA and its construction contractor will implement.
