CX-018544: Wireless Communication Upgrades at Various Sites in Washington

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow AT&T and T-Mobile to upgrade their antennas and equipment at four existing wireless sites on Bonneville Power Administration transmission towers, and one Bonneville Power Administration radio tower, in western Washington. The work would consist of removing antennas and replacing those with new antennas.
