CX-018324: Idaho Nuclear Technology and Engineering Center - Fuel Island Underground Storage Tank Removal and Emergency Generator Underground Storage Tank Upgrade

To ensure compliance to the final rule change by October 13, 2018, the proposed project will permanently close the CPP-2720 Fuel Island Underground Storage Tanks per Idaho Administrative Code 58.01.07 and 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 280 Subpart G and upgrade the Underground Storage Tank monitoring system at CPP-1684 to comply with applicable rules for continuous leak detection monitoring. The Underground Storage Tanks are located at the Idaho Nuclear Technology and Engineering Center at the Idaho National Laboratory.
