CX-018294: Ashe-Pebble Springs Access Road Use

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow a land-locked private landowner use of an existing Bonneville Power Administration access road for ingress/egress. Bonneville Power Administration uses this road to access the Ashe-Pebble Springs Numbers 1 and 2 transmission lines near structures 15/1. No improvements would be needed for the access road and no disturbance would occur.
