CX-017989: Install TR-60 near the Experimental Fuels Facility

The proposed action installs a modular comfort station (TR-60) to meet the need for additional bathroom facilities to support campus development activities at the Materials and Fuels Complex adjacent to the Experimental Fuels Facility. Installation requires ground leveling and pouring concrete footings for the foundation and stair landing. The TR-60 will be connected to water, sewer, and electric utilities. In addition, the project installs a walking path from the Experimental Fuels Facility to TR-60 and a culvert and grating to fill in the ditch near the proposed walkway.
