CX-017838: Specific Manufacturing Capability Temporary Trailer

The conference room in building TAN-678 at the Specific Manufacturing Capability is being used as work space for new hires waiting for security clearances. The proposed action leases and installs a temporary (not to exceed 18 months) modular facility to meet the need for additional conference room space. The modular trailer is a 24 feet by 60 feet double-wide trailer located next to the Specific Manufacturing Capability Medical Dispensary (TAN-1615). Installation requires ground leveling and the trailer to be leveled, blocked, and anchored. Project scope includes installation of prefabricated stairs, handrails, and skirting. A 200 amp 240 volt single phase circuit will be pulled from the power pole next to the TAN medical dispensary to provide electricity to the facility. The project does not connect the trailer to water or sewer.
