CX-017827: Line and Vault Installation in Bonneville Power Administration Right-of-way at Bandon Substation

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow the City of Bandon to bury about 200 feet of an existing overhead circuit and reroute the wire going to pole E1, W3, T2 into a new 7-foot by 7-foot vault in the Bonneville Power Administration right-of-way at the corner of Bill Creek Road and Mallory Lane near Bandon Substation in Coos County, Oregon. Additionally, the conduit will run about 200 feet from the vault to a new riser pole next to Mallory Lane.
