CX-017825: Very High Frequency Radio System Upgrades at Lookout Mountain Radio Station and Custer Substation

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to upgrade its Very High Frequency radio system at two sites in its Puget Sound Radio Region. The upgrades would include the addition of equipment at Bonneville Power Administration’s existing Lookout Mountain Radio Station, upgrading the Very High Frequency system at its Custer Substation, and the establishment of a microwave beam path between the two radio sites.
