The Forest County Potawatomi Community ("FCPC" or the "Tribe") is deploying a diverse number of "off-the-shelf" renewable energy technologies throughout reservation lands in Forest County, Fond du Lac County and Milwaukee County. Solar photovoltaic units with a capacity of 18.9 kilowatts will be installed on the Forest County Potawatomi Community Administrative Building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project would not affect any other properties, require disturbing hazardous substances, adversely affect any environmentally sensitive resources, or result in air emissions.
