Parker Planet Tap 69-kV Transmission Line Rebuild, Upgrade, and Right-of-Way Action; San Bernardino County, California and La Paz and Mohave Counties, Arizona

Based on DOE/EA-1685, DOE issued a finding of no significant impact for a proposal to rebuild and upgrade the existing Parker-Planet Tap 69-kilovott (kV) Transmission Line. The proposal included new right-of-way authorizations for portions of the transmission line and access roads that cross BLM and USFWS lands.
