Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, services, and supervision required to excavate and inspect a corrosion anomaly on the West Hackberry-Sun 42-inch crude oil pipeline. Repairs shall be performed based on inspection results. Approximately 20 linear feet of pipe will be uncovered, cleaned, and prepared for inspection on the pipeline. Tasks include excavation and backfilling, cleaning and examination, external anomaly measurement and UT testing, repairs, and coating. Work is located in wetlands. A consistency determination and programmatic general permit is required prior to commencement of construction.
