ConnectGen Albany County LLC applied to interconnect their proposed Rail Tie Wind Project (Project) with the Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) existing Ault- Craig 345-kilovolt (kV) transmission line in Albany County, Wyoming. WAPA is preparing an environmental impact statement (DOE/EIS-0543) on the proposal to interconnect the Project.
