Rupinder Kaur is the Director of the Portfolio Management Division (PMD) for the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office (LPO). In this role, she leads the ongoing monitoring and oversight of LPO’s portfolio of closed loans.
Ms. Kaur has over 15 years of experience in managing federal and public finance loan programs, with a focus on project finance in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining LPO, Ms. Kaur was a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program within the Department of Transportation.
