Nicole Ruff joined the Loan Programs Office at the Department of Energy in April 2023 as the Deputy Director of the Management Operations Division.
Prior to joining DOE, Ms. Ruff worked at the Export Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) in a variety of operational roles, including Senior Advisor to the Senior Vice President of the Office of Board Authorized Finance, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of the Export Finance Group, and Vice President of the Operations and Data Quality Division.
Before EXIM, she worked in the Embassy Banking Group of Riggs Bank N.A., now PNC Bank.
Ms. Ruff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University.
