Environmental Compliance

The Environmental Management System (EMS) has two areas of focus: environmental compliance and environmental sustainability.  This page addresses environmental compliance.

Environmental compliance is fundamental to all LM work. LM and LMS must comply with relevant federal, state, tribal, and local environmental regulations related to activities such as well drilling, discharges to surface and groundwater, air emissions, etc
